The J-L "Shoe Club" finished up the year with a community service event at the school. We weeded, planted flowers, and mulched around the sign and flag pole!

Today we celebrated our amazing kindergarten students and their journey from the first day of school to becoming confident, curious, and capable future first graders. From learning letters and numbers to making friendships and creating memories, these students have grown in so many wonderful ways.

Thanks to an incredibly generous donation to our district from Twin Lakes Property Owners Association (TLPOA), 2nd graders from both buildings spent the day exploring, learning, and getting hands-on with wildlife at Raven Hill! 🦅🔬
From discovering amazing animal facts to testing our bravery, it was a day full of smiles. A huge shoutout to everyone who made this trip possible—the kids will be talking about this for a long time!
P.S. A special round of applause for Ms. Sehl, who officially won "Bravest Teacher of the Year" by wearing a snake around her neck! 😬😳 Quantifiably cool!
The K-8 Retirement Bash was a huge success today! Fun was had by all and memories were made!

Our amazing 2nd graders at Lewiston worked hard, earned their rewards, and got the ultimate prize: throwing water balloons at their teacher. There is nothing quite like the sound of pure childhood laughter (and the splash of a well-aimed water balloon).
We have some soaked teachers, but very happy hearts. So proud of these kiddos and the joy they bring to school every day! ❤️

Lewiston 4th Graders had a great field trip to Lansing! 🚌 We toured the State Capitol, MI Supreme Court, & MI History Museum, visited Abrams Planetarium & Impressions 5, and also had fun at FunTymes Adventure Park!
Kindergarten and 1st grade had a blast getting ice cream at Timbertown on Tuesday!
The Lewiston kindergarten class celebrated bubble day this afternoon! Creating bubble wands out of pipe cleaners, designing their own bubble bottles, and playing with bubbles outside. ☀️
