More of: *Making a Shelter *Tracking *Building a Fire *Indoor Team Building. Students also participated in an Animal Adaptation Auction and had some option time...candle making, basketball, a nature hike, or advanced fire making skills.

Thursday night’s fun activities were “Well-Done’s” Magic Show and a bonfire with songs and skits.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's our Assistant Principal!! There was a Mr. Serba sighting at 6th grade camp today. Mr. Serba had lunch and hung out with 6th grade students at camp! It was such an Amazing time!

Cardinal Club had an exciting field trip to Groen last week! Mrs. House captured the fun!









Day 2 was filled with adventure and fun at 6th Grade Camp LOC! Students went to "Dune School", where they did a scavenger hunt at the Hart Visitor's Center museum and climbed Sleeping Bear Dunes, worked on teamwork and problem solving at a ropes course, and built and launched rockets. The evening concluded with a presentation from Trapper Rick.











6th graders has a GREAT first day at Camp LOC on Monday!

Congratulations to our Cardinal band on a fun and successful performance at this years MSBOA Festival in Elk Rapids! The students worked extremely hard in preparation for the performance, taking on more challenging music and improving upon their ability to sight read music they had never seen before. Well done, Cardinals!



Congratulations to our Cardinal Band members who participated in this years Solo and Ensemble event in Kingsley! We had eight events this year, with all events scoring high enough to earn medals to recognize their accomplishments! Students who received a Superior rating will continue on to State Solo Ensemble with their events later this year. The results for each group are posted below.
