Students from the High School had the opportunity to go see Shrek The Musical put on by students at Traverse City St. Francis High School. It was a great experience for our kids. Thanks to Mrs. Nowak for organizing the opportunity.

The 6th-8th grade STEM trip was a huge success! The STEM trip consisted of: - Two keynote speakers (the girls loved the nutritionist) 🥗🍖🍱 - Interest-based breakout rooms (my girls had the Day in the Life of a Vet Tech🐢🩺 and dipping 3D shapes into bubbles🫧 - A science fair that had taste-changing fruit, legos, mushrooms, plants, and more! 😝🧱🍄‍🟫🌱 - And we wrapped up our day touring TechSmith so the girls could see what a real STEM-based office looks like! 💻 🔬🥼🔭🧪👩🏼‍🔬💚🤍 Thank you to Gaylord AAUW for organizing and taking us on this trip! And thank you girls for spending your Saturday investing in a future in STEM!
