Good evening families! The Road Commission has reached out to let us know the roads will not be cleared for tomorrow due to all of the blowing and drifting. Please stay safe, read a book and play in the snow! JLAS will be closed 1.28.2025
Due to unsafe road conditions, the basketball games for this evening are cancelled. Please pick up students from Cardinal Club and after school support as early as possible. Practices and activities will end at 5pm and the activity bus will run from Johannesburg to Lewiston at 5pm. Please be slow and safe!

This is tomorrow night!
Due to the significantly low temperatures, practices may take place before 5pm tonight (1/21). After 5pm, everything is cancelled including the fitness center and walking track hours. School is cancelled for tomorrow (1/22) & the morning fitness center/track hours are also cancelled. Please be careful in the cold.
Sorry for the delay due to our School Board meeting tonight, but due to the weather JLAS will be closed tomorrow and the MS dance scheduled for Wednesday will be rescheduled. Practices and games will be determined tomorrow about noon.

After NWEA testing this week, we took a break from screen time. Technology students participated in a bridge building STEM challenge:
1. Create a bridge, using only KEVA planks, that spans an 8 inch gap.
2. A self-propelled Hot-wheels car must be able to drive over it.
3. Planks are only 5 inches long.

The students in Advanced Foods have been working all marking period on creating a restaurant🍽️ Today they were able to make a menu item from their restaurant. We had chicken alfrado, quesadillas, cake pops and tiramisu to name a few🍡
