JLAS invites parents and community to "Do It for Daniel," a presentation on mental health and suicide awareness, on Wednesday @ 6pm in the auditorium. On Nov. 8, 2024, JLHS Writers’ Club members met local wordsmith, Kristy Burmeister. Ms. Burmeister shared her writing journey and experiences as a memoirist, poet, editor, and publisher. Lewiston kindergarten had a rockin' time celebrating the 50th day of school today!
Students wrote their names 50 times, wrote about what they would buy with $50, did a hunt around the classroom for 50 words, and worked in small groups to see what they could build with 50 blocks! They ended their day with root beer floats and a sock hop! 🎶🥤
